Our stay at El Crater was absolutely amazing. We spent two days enjoying the breathtaking views of the crater and the misty landscape. The spacious room was beautifully furnished, with windows on both sides that provided stunning views of the crater, valley, and mountains. The restaurant served delicious meals with a variety of options, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We also took advantage of the spa, which offered unique treatments like volcanic mud wraps and cacao facials. we had a lovely and memorable experience.
We strongly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel nestled on a volcano rim, and it was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views that surrounded me. The terraced stone walls, reminiscent of Ecuador's Inca period, created an atmosphere of history and charm.

The views from this hotel were absolutely breathtaking! We had a room with views of the majestic mountains on one side and the stunning crater on the other. It was like waking up in a dream every morning. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect. It was just a short distance from the center of the world monument, which made it super convenient for exploring and taking memorable photos. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
One downside was that the rooms tended to get a little cool, especially in the afternoons when the clouds would roll in and the wind would pick up. It would have been nice if there was a way to adjust the temperature or have an extra blanket available.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The chef and Diego stayed late to prepare a delicious in-room meal when we arrived late. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, providing a pleasant place to stay. We were also impressed by the pre-heated room, a welcoming touch on a chilly evening. The views from the room were absolutely superb, especially the window overlooking the crater. The upgrade for just $10 was well worth it, giving us an even better perspective of the stunning surroundings. The restaurant's location and architecture were also impressive, adding to the overall positive experience.
Felt really good, no complaints.
